About Us

Hi there from the team at Dandenong Ranges Emergency  Relief Service Inc. DRERS! We are a non-profit Christian charitable organisation providing emergency relief to people in need of support in the south-west of the Yarra Ranges Council. You do not need to be on Centrelink benefits to receive our assistance. Our service is confidential and non-judgemental. We offer help to all people, regardless of race, religion or belief.

We are supported by various local churches, linked in to the Foodbank and accept donations from kind ♥ individuals. We acknowledge the generous support of Yarra Ranges Council with their funding of this project.

Furry friends food appeal

Furry friends food appeal.

Thanks to the Ferntree Gully Belgrave Mail newspaper for promoting our appeal for pet food. We often hear stories from clients how they need food for their animal companions. And clients will often go hungry after spending money to feed their furry friends first. If anyone is able to donate pet food it will be much appreciated. Thank you.
